I have handled a wide variety of claims under various first and third-party insurance policies, including the Bermuda Form. I have a particular expertise in cyber insurance and coverage under various policy forms for cyber and other emerging risks.
My insurance coverage trial experience includes:
- 10-week coverage jury trial on late notice, misrepresentation, and expected / intended property contamination
- Two one-week trials in first-party mechanical breakdown case on coverage, bad faith and business interruption issues
- Three-week arbitration on expected harm and maintenance deductible issues under the Bermuda Form

I am a prolific author and a sought-after speaker on insurance, cyber, technology, and compliance issues.
